about to start #sm52 - here's the first question :) is there advantage to having brand or a person be your social media "face"?
how so? what's your experience in faces not scaling well? #sm52
RT Q1: PS: if you are using someone as the face of social media, you better vet them extensively. #sm52 - really good pt!
here's something of note: comcast doesn't service my area, but i follow because frank is a great company persona #sm52
what happens if the face of the brand leaves? that's another concern. what if they built up the brand on a personal account? #sm52
oh i know. the comcast story is in my book - www.newcommunityrules.com. i hope frank showed it to you! :) #sm52
moving onward - q2: how do you choose to follow brands on twitter, facebook, blog, et al? #sm52 - do you do it like me () or..?
are you more likely to interact with brands that you follow on twitter or facebook or elsewhere online (social spaces)? #sm52
are you more likely to interact with brands that you follow on twitter or facebook or elsewhere online (social spaces)? #sm52
i think i did, but i like specifically what does for comcast. it's a great example of HUMAN companies. #sm52
RT : Why do you want a brand to follow you back? #sm52 - i wonder the same.
final question for #sm52 - q3: build a checklist for brands on how to behave in social media for best results.
RT : No plans to change from humanizing aspects. Brands should follow back - if Customers prefers DM they have option #sm52
RT Q3: chklist: be helpful-dont sell, care-dont position, have character-humanize, be chan appropriate-not 1 msg fits all #sm52
RT : Q3: Connecting positively with 1 person can go a long way as far as word of mouth marketing & interaction #sm52
thanks for joining the #sm52 chat. fun times :)
