#SocialMedia will only give u numbers when used directly as sales channel; in all other measures its only an unscientific best estimate
#socialmedia is engagement, depth, conversation - all qualitative measures. You cant 'measure' human emotion, but you know when its Good 4 u
@Britopian Prove it with correlation? or causation? We need the latter to really 'prove' ROI #socialmedia
